About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Specialist/Manager to lead and support Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives at our site. In this role, you will drive safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and reporting
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with legal and EHS requirements; maintain documentation and audit readiness
• Cook up risk assessments and track mitigation actions
• Deliver EHS training and promote a strong safety culture
• Serve as site EHS advisor and lead cross-functional collaboration
• Manage emergency preparedness plans and drills
• Track non-conformities and ensure timely closure of actions

Requirements

• Degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in safety/compliance in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong knowledge of regulations and incident investigation methods
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
