Java Developer (M/W/D)

About the role

As a Java developer at The.NextGen, you will work on diverse projects where you can make decisions. Instead of working with outdated technologies, you prefer to work with the latest tools on interesting greenfield projects. We are looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-tech projects for leading clients
• Work in complex environments with innovative national and international companies that apply modern technologies
• Collaborate with our clients and NextGenners to maintain a harmonious work environment

Requirements

• A completed university degree (FH/University) in Computer Science or a comparable training program
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Java developer
• Front-end knowledge (JavaScript) (React, Vue, Angular, JavaScript)
• Experience with Kubernetes/Docker & (Spring/Spring Boot/JavaJEE)
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS)
• Communicative, proactive, and results-oriented
• Professional experience in renowned companies with several Java specialists
• Proficient in German or C1 level
• Fluent in English (C1 or C2 level)

Qualifications

• Experience with Kotlin / Scala
• Unit testing
• CI/CD pipelines
