Entry Ride Operator

About the role
The Entry Ride Operator is the conductor and entertainer for our members while ensuring all vehicles are processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel. This role involves interacting with all customers, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable experience while preparing vehicles for the car wash tunnel.
A successful candidate enjoys working outdoors in all conditions, is highly motivated, and has an outgoing, friendly personality. Extensive hands-on and online training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Speak or sing into a microphone or headset to entertain customers and members
- Point to directional signs while ensuring customers follow directions
- Maintain a safe and clean work area; watch for potential hazards
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude or knowledge (a plus)
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 16 years of age or older
- Willing to work evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Self-motivated
- Mechanical aptitude or knowledge (a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift at least 20 lbs
- Ability to stand for at least 8 hours at a time
- Mobility to work in areas requiring kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Capable and willing to work in extreme outdoor weather (hot and cold)
Pay
$15 - $16 an hour
