About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
- Collaborate with organizations to develop their training programs
- Work closely with instructional designers to create training materials and scenarios
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
- Work in a tight-knit team to design workflow-based training content
- Travel 25-60% of working days, typically 1-2 trips per month lasting 2-4 days
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
