Entry-Level Trainer
About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
- Work closely with organizations to develop their training programs
- Develop and present instructional materials and scenarios
- Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
Requirements
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship and willing to relocate to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Experience with healthcare software and workflows

Schedule
Typical work week includes 25-60% travel, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
