Entry Level Technician

Essential Functions
- Strong organizational, time-management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- Flexibility to work extended hours, on-call schedule and travel overnight as needed
- Follows safe and secure practices to safeguard against injury, damage to property and confidential information
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Install & repair all aspects of CCTV (analog and IP), Access Control, Burglar Alarm, and associated peripheral equipment
- Document all aspects of installation & service calls
- Perform preventive maintenance on indoor & outdoor equipment as needed
- Ability to pull wire
- Ability to operate lifts/work at various heights
- Abide by all customer and company safety standards
Physical Demands & Safety
- Ability to lift an 80 lb. extension ladder
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and/or scaffolds
- Ability to work from heights, such as man lifts, scissor lifts, utilizing fall protection
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel 2 weeks a month
Education & Skills & Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of MS Office and computers
- Ability to effectively use hand and power tools

About the Role
Sage Integration is looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn the security integration trade. Whether you're entering the workforce, recently completed high school, trade school, military service, or another educational program, or you're looking to begin a career in a skilled technical field, we'll provide training and opportunities to develop your skills. No previous experience in the security industry is required.
