Entry Level Technician

About the role

Campers Inn RV is seeking an Entry Level RV Technician to join our dynamic team. The role offers free basic tools after 12 months of employment and access to in-house technician training. This position assists in diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
• Absorb and assist in inspecting and testing for defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions
• Inspect and verify dimensions and clearances of parts to fit units
• Absorb and assist in repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
• No prior experience necessary
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents related to safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals
• Knowledge of using a variety of hand and power tools
• Ability to comply with OSHA regulations regarding protective clothing and equipment
• Ability to safely use solvents and other chemicals
• Physical ability to move RVs of various sizes, adjust, climb ladders, connect, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for long periods
