Duties
- Celebrate taxes with us!
- Conduct face-to-face tax interviews
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Generate business growth
- Increase client retention
- Offer additional products and services
- Provide IRS audit support
- Complete all related tax forms
- Ensure timely deposits of clients' payments
- Engage in marketing and business generation
- Furnish taxpayers with necessary information
- Answer client calls via our national call center
- Provide future tax planning
- Resolve client complaints
- Support office priorities through teamwork
Qualifications
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of computer functions and math
- Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
