Responsibilities

• Connect with People: Conduct high-energy, one-on-one tax interviews with clients to uncover their best (and biggest) refund options.

Requirements

• A passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you love talking to people!).
• The ability to thrive and stay energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, the ability to accurately enter data & be comfortable using basic computer programs.
• A strong willingness to learn.
• PTIN Certification: Yes
