Entry Level Tax Associate (Billings, MT)
About the Role
We are looking for full-time, in-person Entry Level Tax Associates in our Billings, MT office for the following start timeframes: Summer 2027, Fall 2027, and Spring 2028. Interviews begin September 7, 2026.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Prepare tax returns for multi-million dollar real estate organizations and other clients.
- Work with the tax team to ensure the various components of the tax process are performed, including tax planning, client interaction, and special tax projects.
- Gather relevant tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate tax returns.
- Analyze tax situations from various angles to ensure the maximum tax benefit is applied.
- Prepare accounting-related reports in a paperless office environment.
- Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Working towards obtaining your CPA license.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of and exposure to a variety of industries.
- Commitment to the highest professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Interest in staying up-to-date on the ever-changing tax industry’s regulations and policies.
