About the role
We're growing our structural team, and we're looking for an early-career Structural Engineer who's ready to dig into a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple market sectors — not just observe, but contribute — while working alongside experienced engineers and design professionals in a genuinely collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role is built for someone early in their structural engineering career who wants to expand their technical range, get exposure to a variety of building projects, and learn directly from seasoned professionals rather than figuring it out alone.

- Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Coincide with external project partners and stakeholders as needed
- Support senior engineers and contribute to team-based project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or architectural engineering
- 1–5 years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification strongly preferred
- Fundamental working knowledge of REVIT
