Position Details Location: Tacoma, WA Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift: 5:00am - 2:00pm, 7:00am to 4:00pm Job Responsibilities Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ needsScreen and interview qualified candidatesCreate strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contactOversee healthcare providersNegotiate wages with candidatesStaff and schedule healthcare providersManage relationships with Ro Health clientsDevelop skills needed in a management roleHandle additional operations including payroll and marketingOperate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (required) Leadership Experience Compensation Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)Quarterly Bonuses!Benefits: Medical, Dental, VisionPTO: 15 Days PTO + 2 Floating Holidays + 7 Paid Holidays (24 Paid Days Off)401k: Vanguard 401k with 4% Employer Match Why Ro Health?
