We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: Intro: "JOIN OUR TEAM! Your browser does not support the video tag. Whether you are looking to start your career as a Diesel Technician, or are an experienced industry veteran, Boss Shop has a position for you! With our wide-ranging Tech Ranking system from Tech I all the way through Tech IV, Boss Shops is an industry leader in full range Diesel repair. Boss Truck Shop offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through Are you ready to work for an employer that cares about its employees? Come and work for a company that is willing to invest in your training and provides a clear path for growth! Come and join the Boss Shop Team!" That's a bit garbled but we need to extract benefits: 3-week training program, new training program for advanced-level technicians, vacation after six months, 401K and matching contributions, health/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, clearly defined path for growth, ASE testing paid for by us including $250 bonus per test passed, on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages). Also maybe "Boss Truck Shop offers on-demand pay". So Benefits section. Responsibilities: The Entry Level Shop Technician is responsible for performing entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner. Then list of duties under "Essential Job Duties/Functions". Also "Additional Job Duties Perform other duties as assigned." So responsibilities. Requirements/Education: "Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed) DOT Medical Card required at Boss Shops. Ability to obtain ASE, DOT, and other relevant certifications as required. Successful completion of internal technician training programs." Also "Minimum Qualifications Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles. Reliable transportation and phone. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and as needed. Ability to communicate effectively in English (if applicable). Demonstrated commitment to friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service. Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with team members. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills." Physical Requirements: separate maybe under Requirements or separate? Could be "Physical Requirements". Not in list of allowed headings but we could put under Requirements or maybe "Qualifications". The allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map. "About the role": maybe intro paragraph describing role and company. "Responsibilities": duties. "Requirements": maybe education/experience and minimum qualifications. "Qualifications": maybe physical requirements? Or we could combine. "Skills": maybe communication, teamwork, willingness to learn. "Benefits": as extracted. "Pay": Not mentioned explicitly. There's on-demand pay but not salary. No explicit pay. So we should NOT create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It does not state salary or hourly rate. So omit Pay. "Schedule": Not mentioned explicitly. There's availability to work weekends, holidays, as needed. That's schedule info. Could be considered schedule. The posting mentions "Availability to work weekends, holidays, and as needed." That's schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each bullet as is. Let's structure:

About the role

Whether you are looking to start your career as a Diesel Technician, or are an experienced industry veteran, Boss Shop has a position for you! With our wide-ranging Tech Ranking system from Tech I all the way through Tech IV, Boss Shops is an industry leader in full range Diesel repair. Boss Shops has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like ...

But we need to keep benefits separate; maybe About the role just intro about company and role, not benefits. Could include the first sentences before benefits list. Let's extract About the role: "Whether you are looking to start your career as a Diesel Technician, or are an experienced industry veteran, Boss Shop has a position for you! With our wide-ranging Tech Ranking system from Tech I all the way through Tech IV, Boss Shops is an industry leader in full range Diesel repair." That's about role/company. Then Benefits separate. Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Education/Experience and Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Physical Requirements? Could also include "Ability to obtain ASE, DOT, and other relevant certifications as required." but that's more qualifications. Might be better to put certifications under Requirements. Physical Requirements under Qualifications. Skills: communication, teamwork, willingness to learn, customer service. Let's decide: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: essential duties list. - Requirements: Education/Experience (DOT Medical Card, ability to obtain ASE etc, completion of internal training) + Minimum Qualifications (driver's license, reliable transport, phone, availability weekends, communication English, customer service commitment, teamwork, willingness to learn). Might be a lot but okay. - Qualifications: Physical Requirements (lift 75 lbs, stand/walk etc, work in shop/roadside, physical attendance). - Skills: maybe we could put communication, teamwork, willingness to learn under Skills, but they already in Requirements. Could move them to Skills to avoid duplication. But we must preserve all info; we can keep them in both? Better to avoid duplication but not required. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. But we should avoid unnecessary duplication? Not prohibited. However we should aim for few substantive sections over many thin ones. Duplication may create thin sections. Let's try to allocate logically. Maybe: About the role: company intro. Responsibilities: duties. Requirements: Education/Experience + Minimum Qualifications (including driver's license, transport, phone, availability weekends, communication English, customer service commitment, teamwork, willingness to learn). Also DOT Medical Card, ability to obtain ASE etc, completion of internal training. Qualifications: Physical Requirements. Skills: maybe not needed if we covered communication etc in Requirements. Could omit Skills section if no distinct skill content beyond those. But we have "Ability to communicate effectively in English", "Demonstrated commitment to friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service", "Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with team members", "Willingness to learn and develop technical skills". Those could be considered skills. But we already have them in Requirements. If we omit Skills section, we still have that info in Requirements. That's fine. Benefits: list. Schedule: availability to work weekends, holidays, as needed. We must not create Pay section. Now format. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not. We must not include Job ID etc. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

Check for any leftover boilerplate: The intro had "Your browser does not support the video tag." That's boilerplate; we removed it. Also "JOIN OUR TEAM!" maybe we could keep as part of About the role? It's a heading-like but we can include as prose. Might keep it in About the role paragraph. Let's add at start: "JOIN OUR TEAM! Whether you are looking..." So modify About
