About the role
We are seeking an entry-level individual to join our team as a Scheduling & Coordinating Reservations Officer. This position will be responsible for managing online reservations and coordinating schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage online reservation systems to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate schedules for various departments within the organization.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding reservation status and availability.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all reservations and cancellations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
