About the role

We are seeking an entry-level individual to join our team as a Scheduling & Coordinating Reservations Officer. This position will be responsible for managing online reservations and coordinating schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Manage online reservation systems to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate schedules for various departments within the organization.
  • Handle inquiries from customers regarding reservation status and availability.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all reservations and cancellations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
