About the role

You will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
  • Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions.
  • Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

  • An outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills
  • A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Pay

$19/hour + Uncapped Commission Bonuses
Total Compensation: $40-65k annually
