Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm‑affected neighborhoods
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close

Requirements

• Competitive, coachable, and self‑motivated
• Dependable — shows up, follows through, takes ownership
• Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops in all seasons
• Background in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus — not required

Pay

Year 1: $70,000‑$100,000+; Year 2: $100,000‑$200,000+. Base pay plus monthly performance bonuses, uncapped commissions.
