Entry Level Sales Representative – Urgently Hiring

MPower Direct is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Harrisburg market. We're looking for driven, people-first individuals to join our renewable energy team—out in the community, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them take control of their energy costs.

Pay

• $1,200-$1,500/week average earnings

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential areas across the greater Harrisburg region
• Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
• Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
• Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
• Build your skills through daily hands-on experience and coaching
• Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals

Residents in Pennsylvania have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that—neighborhood by neighborhood, door by door.

Requirements

• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• People-first attitude—coachable and open-minded
• Competitive, self-motivated, and hungry to earn
• Sales or field experience is a plus—but your drive matters more
• Bilingual English/Spanish or any language is a strong plus
• No degree required

About the role

This is a full-time field sales role. You'll be working across York, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, Lebanon, and surrounding areas. No cold calling. No standing in a store. Just real conversations with real people that lead to real money.
