About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our rapidly-growing team as an Entry Level Sales Representative - Field. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce homeowners to Moxie Pest Control, our sister companies Joshua’s Pest Control and Mission Pest Control, and offer in-depth attic inspections to identify pest issues, leaks, and storm damage.
Responsibilities
- Identify service opportunities and coordinate schedules for our Certified Attic Inspectors
- Serve as the initial point-of-contact with homeowners
- Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Drive sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building
