Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point-of-contact with homeowners to identify service opportunities, coordinate schedules, and set appointments for our Certified Attic Inspectors.
• Coach and motivate new employees to develop the skills needed to succeed and grow.
• Work independently and alongside a team to provide excellent customer service.
