Brief Description

At Scotlynn, we develop resilient, confident, and results-driven professionals for logistics sales. As a Logistics Account Manager (Entry level sales representative), you'll undergo a comprehensive training period and gain hands-on experience while building your own book of business. This role is ideal for someone driven to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment with the opportunity to earn uncapped earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Introduction to Scotlynn: First week training with a Training and Development Team member.

  • Training Period: Pair with a successful Account Manager for 26-32 weeks for mentorship.

  • Building Your Book of Business: Conduct check calls, negotiate individual shipments, update tracking systems, coordinate pickup and delivery appointments, and work a half day every other Saturday (8 AM–12 PM).

  • Develop Client Relationships: Transition from training to developing client relationships and managing your own prospected accounts. Cold call, prospect, email, and build your own client base.

  • Maximize Earnings: Monitor weekly profits, declare commission when averaging the required gross profit, and declare uncapped earning potential on your gross profit. Work one Saturday per quarter (8 AM–12 PM).
