Key Responsibilities

• Introduction to Scotlynn: First week training with Scotlynn University, industry standards, equipment training, systems, and industry-specific protocols.

• Training Period: Pair with a successful Account Manager for 26-32 weeks for mentorship on building a profitable book of business.

• Building Your Book of Business: Participate in 1:1 sales training, transition to client relations, cold calling, prospecting, and building your own client base.
