Key Responsibilities
Introduction to Scotlynn: First week training with a Training and Development Team member.
Training Period: Pair with a successful Account Manager for 26-32 weeks for mentorship.
Building Your Book of Business: Conduct check calls, negotiate shipments, update tracking systems, coordinate appointments, and transition to managing your own accounts.
Onboarding: Cold calling, prospecting, using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and declaring uncapped earning potential.
Mentorship and Support: Ongoing mentorship and support to maximize earnings and client satisfaction.
