Responsibilities

Represent a trusted premium brand inside Costco locations and at field marketing events, engage homeowners in genuine conversations and generate high-quality leads, and learn how to communicate value and build trust — not pressure customers.

Participate in hands-on classroom and in-field training with experienced mentors, work toward clear performance goals with continuous coaching and support, and learn NEXT's proprietary sales system from top-performing professionals.

Pay

First-Year Earnings as a Brand Promoter: $60,000-$80,000+, First-Year Earnings as an Outside Sales Representative: $80,000-$120,000+, with uncapped earning potential and real advancement opportunities. Top-performing Outside Sales Representatives earn $150,000-$200,000+ annually.
