Entry Level Sales Representative

About the role
This is not a commission-only role. Most representatives earn $25-$35/hour through a combination of a $19 base pay and performance-based bonuses. We offer paid training and uncapped bonus potential. Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Clearly communicate and explain our products and services.
- Work closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Provide a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
Requirements
- No experience required (previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus).
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
