Entry Level Sales Representative

DSI Systems Inc., an authorized partner of DIRECTV, is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join its Lodging & Institutions sales team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, ready to start their career, and thrive in a supportive, family-owned business environment. Many of DSI's leaders began in entry-level positions like this one.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to hotels, senior living facilities, and other lodging locations in your assigned region to identify potential new customers for DIRECTV services
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing accounts
• Collaborate with assigned dealer partners to uncover additional sales opportunities
• Follow up on marketing initiatives and assist in turning leads into new business
• Support dealer partners in closing deals and winning contracts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals
• Dynamic, highly motivated, and driven to succeed with integrity
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to take on new challenges and continuously grow
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
