Entry Level Sales Rep (remote work)

About the role

Meet with individuals who have signed up for supplemental benefits to help protect their families beyond what their employer covers.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals requesting more information about our benefits offerings
• Schedule Zoom meetings with interested members
• Customize and adjust new and existing benefit plans to meet the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients and assist with necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to member needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
