Entry Level Sales Rep – Part Time – Work from Home

We are currently interviewing for part-time sales representatives, with an option to work a full schedule. Start work within the week after a virtual interview.

About the role

This remote position involves working with customers, explaining our American-made CUTCO products, and placing orders. The role offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that is not based on sales or results, with additional incentives possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training for success.

Pay

Representatives are paid a base rate of $21.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can opt for a commission structure based on performance. This ensures a fallback income even during slower weeks, with opportunities to earn more.

Training

We have over 40 years of experience training people to succeed. Even if you don’t stay long-term, the sales, networking, and communication skills you build will be valuable in any field.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Some representatives work as much as possible, while others balance part-time hours around classes, full-time jobs, internships, vacations, or family obligations.

Location

Sales representatives work from home and locally after training. Initial meetings and training are held in the office.

Advancement

Long-term representatives have opportunities to advance along several paths, including management and career sales professional roles, even if starting part-time with no experience.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people
• Ages 18+ (or 17 with a high school diploma; conditions apply)
• Able to start within the next 7–10 days
• Willing to learn and apply new skills
