Entry-Level Sales Rep
About the role
Southern Roofing and Renovations in Jonesboro, AR is seeking multiple entry-level Sales Reps. The residential remodeling and repair team is looking for motivated individuals to connect with potential customers and bring new business to their books.
Responsibilities
- Canvass various neighborhoods, walk around, knock on doors, and speak with homeowners about their house exteriors
- Safely climb ladders to perform roof inspections
- Ask questions to learn about the customers' remodeling and renovation needs and promote our incredible services
- Book appointments and keep track of your sales success
- Build new connections and bring new business to the company
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Pay
Average earnings of $100,000/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.
Schedule
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; however, Sales Representatives are expected to manage their schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals. This may occasionally require attendance for morning huddles and extended evening hours. Saturdays are required - 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We are closed for business on Sunday.
