Entry-Level Sales Rep

About the role

Our residential remodeling and repair team is hiring motivated go-getters to connect with potential customers and help bring new business to our books.

Responsibilities

• Canvassing various neighborhoods, walking around, knocking on doors, and speaking with homeowners about their house exteriors
• Safely climbing ladders to perform roof inspections
• Asking questions to learn about the customers' remodeling and renovation needs and promoting our incredible services
• Booking appointments and keeping track of your sales success
• Building new connections and bringing new business to the company

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Pay

$100,000 per year average earnings with uncapped commissions.

Schedule

Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; however, our team understands that flexibility is key to success in this role. Sales Representatives are expected to manage their schedules based on customer availability, business needs, and individual performance goals. This may occasionally require attendance for morning huddles and extended evening hours. Saturdays are required - 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. We are closed for business on Sunday.
