Entry-Level Sales Rep
About the Role
We're hiring multiple entry-level Sales Representatives to join our Southaven, MS team and help attract new customers to our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This role offers significant income growth with average earnings of $100,000+/year and uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Canvass neighborhoods to engage with potential customers and increase interest in our services.
- Work independently, managing time and problem-solving effectively.
- Engage with homeowners politely and professionally to learn about their remodeling needs.
- Perform roof inspections and explain how our services can address their needs.
- Encourage customers to book services and track sales progress.
- Adjust strategies as needed to close more deals.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
- Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
- Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
Schedule
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with flexibility based on customer availability and business needs. Occasional morning huddles and extended evening hours may be required. Saturdays are required from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Closed on Sundays.
