Lawn Pride is looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers in residential areas
• Present our products/services
• Closing sales

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The compensation structure for this position is a flat base plus commissions. The criteria will be determined by the Sales professional and General Manager.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Some Saturday work required during peak seasons
