Entry Level Sales-Part Time

About the role

Responsibilities

• Represent our brand at exciting events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos
• Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads
• Help set up and run events (think energy, teamwork, and a little hustle)
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results
• Learn proven sales techniques that will prepare you for a future in outside sales
• Track performance and celebrate wins along the way

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic personality—you love talking to people
• Coachable and motivated to grow into a sales career
• Strong work ethic with a competitive edge
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required—we train!)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Competitive mindset and goal-driven mentality
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent
• Interest in building relationships and helping customers find solutions
• Basic persuasion and problem-solving skills

Pay

Hourly rate starting around $17.50 plus uncapped commissions (your effort = your paycheck).

Schedule

We’re primarily hiring part-time, with flexibility—but if you’re the right fit and ready to go all-in, full-time opportunities are available.
