About the role

This is an entry-level sales position representing the brand at events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos. The role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in outside sales, with hands-on training and mentorship provided. It offers a path to develop communication skills, learn closing techniques, and grow into a high-earning sales professional.

What You'll Do

• Represent our brand at exciting events like home shows, retail locations, and community expos
• Engage with potential customers, spark conversations, and generate high-quality leads
• Help set up and run events (think energy, teamwork, and a little hustle)
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to hit goals and drive results
• Learn proven sales techniques that will prepare you for a future in outside sales
• Track performance and celebrate wins along the way

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus, not required)

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, or events as needed

• Positive attitude with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Coachable and open to feedback

Pay

Hourly pay starting around $17.50 plus UNCAPPED commissions.

Schedule

Primarily part-time with flexibility; full-time opportunities available for the right fit.
