About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Training & Development Specialist to lead and deliver technical and professional training in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims.

Responsibilities

• Developing and conducting in-classroom training sessions to build product, service, and customer-centric skills
• Providing personalized coaching and mentorship to participants
• Supporting participants through internships and job placement services
• Collaborating with industry partners to facilitate placements and career development
• Assisting participants in resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills
• Monitoring and evaluating participant progress to ensure skill acquisition and readiness for employment

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree is not required
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Motivation to learn and develop technical and professional skills
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in careers related to finance, sales, product support, or healthcare services
