Responsibilities
- Quickly engage inbound leads, build trust through meaningful conversations, and determine how we can best serve each client.
- Create a smooth transition from initial inquiry to our Account Executive team by gathering meaningful insights, documenting client needs, and positioning our sales team for success.
- Consistently complete 100+ outbound calls per day with professionalism and purpose.
- Relational, servant-hearted communication with every client.
- Maintain a quick initial response time (IRT).
- Complete outreach cadence steps consistently and on time.
- Demonstrate persistence and tenacity in pursuing prospective clients.
- Clearly and confidently explain the sales process to prospective clients.
- Position Account Executives as trusted experts.
- Effectively relay key information during live transfers.
- Take detailed, organized notes to create continuity throughout the client journey.
- Participate actively in trainings, role plays, call reviews, and coaching opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to improve the MRR process and client experience.
- Bring consistent energy, activity, and professionalism each day.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
