Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand—connect with new customers, spark interest in our products, and schedule exciting in-home design consultations
• Work trade shows, events, mall kiosks, and retail locations while engaging customers
• Partner with our retail accounts: Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Warehouse
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation

Compensation: $22.00/hr. plus uncapped bonus potential. Top performers earn $40.00 + an hour**
Our average Entry Level Sales (Lead Generation) Specialist earns around $30/hr. when factoring in performance bonuses

We'll train you, set you up for success, and get you out in the greater Portland area connecting with customers and showing off our bath products. It's the perfect way to get your foot in the door with a great team!

Requirements

• Periodic travel to the Salem/Willamette Valley region may be required
• Must be outgoing and willing to approach customers at events and in a retail setting
• Must be prepared to memorize a script and provide presentations to generate leads
