Entry Level Sales/Field Marketer

About the role

Pinnacle Home Improvements is seeking driven, outgoing individuals to join their growing team. This is not a seasonal or temporary role, and high performers can develop real sales experience and grow into roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods and generate interest in our services
• Set qualified appointments for our in-home sales team
• Represent the Pinnacle brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity
• Work outdoors and in the field, building confidence and communication skills daily

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Typical shifts run from late afternoon into early evening
• Must be able to attend paid training during your first week from 11am to 5pm
• Consistent weekly availability is required
• Not designed for fluctuating school schedules or short-term availability
