Entry Level Sales - Electronic Sales

Pay

Pay Range: $13.00 hourly + Commission (Average combined is $20.00-30.00/hour)

About the role

A career in sales at Nebraska Furniture Mart means you will implement an enhanced sales process that excites and motivates the customer by effectively presenting product features and benefits in an engaging, multidimensional and customer centric manner.

Job Duties

• Create a WOW experience for the customer by providing product information during the retail experience process based off their needs
• Create a consumer loyalty towards manufacturer and retailer for future purchases
• Attend and master training on the proper use of “scenarios” so staff can effectively implement/demonstrate to customers
• Train staff on core selling skills using all available or preferred methods
• Closing the sale by reinforcing the customers purchase by demonstrating that their purchase will improve their lives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Positive, upbeat attitude
• Professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Bilingual speaking is a bonus
