Entry Level Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with a non- pressured shopping experience where they are able to get amazing products at a discount price that is enjoyable, fun, and productive.
• Use a consultative selling approach to find the right merchandise to fit the guests wants, needs and budget.
• Process sales on the PC and receive payments including check and credit card methods.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or sales preferred.
• Success in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
• Professional demeanor and dress.
• Able to walk and stand for up to 8 consecutive hours, averaging 4-7 miles per shift.

Qualifications

No bedding or furniture experience is required as we provide paid training.

$20.00 an hour plus commission with potential earnings of 44k-64k annually.

This position includes nights, holidays, and weekends.
