Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of free, no‑obligation inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
• Develop top‑tier communication and sales skills through hands‑on training.
• Compete in team challenges while earning bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

Pay

Base salary $70,000 – $140,000 per year plus uncapped commission.
