About the Role
Green Star Exteriors, an award-winning and fast-growing company, is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team in Havertown, PA. As a sales team member, you'll engage with homeowners face-to-face, discuss their home’s exterior needs, and educate them on the benefits of our free inspections and quotes. We provide paid training to develop your sales, communication, and leadership skills, setting you up for a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to discuss roofing, windows, siding, and door needs.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes.
- Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
- Compete in fun team challenges while earning bonuses and incentives.
Requirements

- Strong communication skills (no experience required, as we provide training).

Pay
Earning potential of $70,000 - $140,000+ per year, including base salary and uncapped commission.
