Entry Level Sales (Base Pay + Benefits)

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
• Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on, paid training.
• Participate in team challenges and competitions while earning bonuses and incentives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning potential: $70,000–$140,000+ per year (base salary + uncapped commission).
