- Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face in designated neighborhoods to discuss exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of free, no‑obligation inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
- Develop top‑tier communication and sales skills through hands‑on training.
- Participate in team challenges and compete for bonuses and incentives.

Pay
