Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no‑obligation inspections and quotes to improve home value and protection.
- Develop top‑tier communication and sales skills through hands‑on training.
- Compete in fun team challenges while earning bonuses and incentives.

Pay
Compensation: $70,000 – $140,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission). Earning potential: $70K‑$140K+.
