Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
• Provide educational sessions on the benefits of our free, no-obligation inspections and quotes to enhance home value and protection.
• Develop top-tier communication and sales skills through hands-on training.
• Compete in fun challenges with your team to earn bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

• Must have personal and reliable transportation.
• No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Pay

$70,000 - $140,000 / year (Base salary + Uncapped Commission)
