Green Star Exteriors is seeking motivated individuals for an Entry Level Sales position in Franklin, NJ. No prior experience is required; the role includes paid training to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills while offering uncapped commission potential and a clear path for rapid promotion. Candidates must have personal and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to discuss their home’s exterior needs (roofing, windows, siding, and doors).
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our free, no‑obligation inspections and quotes to improve their home’s value and protection.
• Develop top‑tier communication and sales skills through hands‑on training.

Pay

$70,000 - $140,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission)
