Home Genius Exteriors grew from $2.7M in sales in its first year to over $292M in six years. This full-time W-2 sales role eliminates cold calling — 90% of the work is done before you meet the customer. You'll join a team launching its second full fiscal year in this market, with a promote-from-only-within culture and a clear path to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship
• Contribute to a supportive, team-first environment

Benefits & compensation

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front and no cap on commissions
