Responsibilities

• Connect with homeowners and introduce Home Genius products and services
• Generate leads and build customer relationships
• Deliver engaging sales presentations
• Participate in ongoing training and development
• Represent the Home Genius brand in the field

Requirements

• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with new people
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

On-target earnings between $65,000–$90,000 annually (hourly pay plus bonuses).

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed
