• Community Outreach: Meeting homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections.
• Helping Neighbors: You aren't 'selling' as much as you are helping people navigate insurance to get their homes fixed.
• Managing Projects: You’ll be the face of the company from the first handshake to the final shingle.

Must-Haves

• The Grit: You’re competitive, self-motivated, and not afraid to talk to new people.
• The Wheels: You’ll need a pickup truck (or the ability to get one within 60 days).
• The Heights: You must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof (safety first!)
• The License: Valid driver’s license is required.
