Entry Level Retail Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• A great Team player!
• Observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• Present a physical deterrent by performing Patrols on foot and by car, or alternative means provided.
• Limit vagrancy, theft, vandalism, or threats for a safe experience.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Be good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• Know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Operate and maintain vehicle and other assigned equipment safely.

Qualifications

• A high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• 1 year Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience (optional but preferred).
• PILB in hand.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and handle any weather conditions throughout your shift.
• Superior people skills.
• A valid Driver's License.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Superior work ethic and integrity.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification within 7 days of an offer.
• Able to work in the U.S.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $16 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

North Side: Shift 1: PT Day: 7am to 3pm: Sunday to Tuesday.
Shift 2: PT Swing: 12pm to 8pm: Monday & Tuesday.
South Side: Shift: Swing: Mid-Town 1:Shift: Grave: 10:30pm to 6:30am: Wednesday to Sunday.
